KPSNA 2010 Milan Registraiton is NOW OPEN

Greetings KPSNA Members:

Kadwa Patel Samaj of North America (KPSNA) and its local chapter, Shree Kadwa Patidar Samaj of MD-DC-VA cordially invite you to attend the 7th KPSNA National Convention being held at the Baltimore Marriot Waterfront, July 3^rd – 5^th 2010. Whether you have attended the previous national community gatherings or this is your first time at a KPSNA convention, be assured that you will have an unforgettable weekend filled with excitement and entertainment.

The KPSNA convention will provide each one of us with a unique opportunity to get together with old friends, build new friendships, discover family roots and strengthen our community. The Milan program is packed with exciting activities for all age groups including a cultural “Milan”, YATRA- "a journey through India", Health Fair, “Lok Daayro”, cruise, Monte Carlo night, a midnight bowling party, game tournaments, and a multitude of other cultural events. Complete registration package containing registration form, profile form, youth activity registration form and advertisement/event sponsorship form is on way to your mailbox. Meanwhile click here to download this package. We are counting on your generous financial support through sponsorships, donations and advertisements to make this a successful convention. The completed forms and check for the total registration fees should be sent to KPSNA 2010 Milan and post-marked no later than February 28^th 2010. Early registration is strongly recommended due to the limited number of rooms available at the convention hotel. To kick off registration 50 rooms are already booked by local families. Furthermore, we will be having a drawing amongst all the paid registration forms received by the early registration date of January 31^st 2010 from which two lucky winners will each receive $250.00.

We would like to take this opportunity to allow you to correct your profile information that we have on file. Even if you do not plan to attend the convention, please review your information and provide us with any updates. It is critical for us to maintain accurate information about you so we can continue to provide you with important information about our community.
